The Studio Program: Wednesday Evening Studio

With Kate Coyne

Regular weekly classes in 5-week blocks, in NSW school terms or casual sessions.

The Studio Program: Wednesday Evening Studio

The best kind of mid-week distraction. Evening sessions with Kate Coyne are built around individual practice, not a shared exercise — bring reference material, a work in progress, or just yourself and an idea.  Start with some warm-up drawing. Sessions are structured around the room.

Develop confidence with colour, materials and composition while exploring contemporary and traditional approaches to drawing and painting. Strengthen observation, visual thinking and expressive mark-making through practical studio-based exercises.

Suitable for beginners, returning artists and experienced makers alike.
Booking is essential. Book early to guarantee a place.

The Studio Program is presented in association with Clifton School of Arts

This association matters to us. CSA is one of the region’s most significant cultural organisations, managed entirely by volunteers and sustained by the generosity of its members and supporters. The Studio Program is proud to contribute to that community — bringing a new generation of participants through its doors and supporting the ongoing life of a place that has always believed in the importance of creativity.
