Booking the CSA
Clifton School of Arts is available to hire for a wide range of events, including:
- Art exhibitions
- Workshops and talks
- Small concerts and recitals
- Film screenings
- Yoga and art classes
- Educational and community events
Hire fees and inclusions
Hire charges vary depending on the type of event, and a range of venue equipment is included in your booking.

Bond
A refundable bond of $300 is required before your event. The bond is returned after a post-event inspection, as outlined in the Venue Agreement.
Promoting your event
Clifton School of Arts proudly supports all public events by promoting them across our website and social media channels.
Once your booking is confirmed and your deposit is paid, you’re invited to submit your promotional content following the guidelines in our Marketing Materials Spec Sheet. This document outlines the ideal image sizes and text details we need to effectively advertise your event.
If you’re unable to meet all the specifications – no problem. Just send what you can, and our team will help fill in the gaps.
How to Submit your Content
Our preferred submission method is via our Online Submission Form. Please note: a Google account is required to upload images using the form.
Alternatively, you can email your content directly to Laura and Kieran at events@artsclifton.org.

How to book
Follow These Simple Steps:
- Review the availability calendar to ensure availability of dates.
- Select the days you would like to hire CSA.
- Complete the enquiry form, accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and press ‘send’. Please note that, at this stage, your booking is unconfirmed.
- Our Venue Manager will respond to your enquiry. Please note that a booking is pending until full payment for the hire is made.
